Learn how to make delicious & healthy GF sourdough bread with artisan sourdough baker Kristen Puican of Kristen’s Kitchen Sourdough Creations LLC.
This 2 hour class will provide everything you need to know to make & bake your own GF sourdough bread.
Samples of GF sourdough to munch on while we chat, sip, stretch & fold as well as additional loaves (GF & non-GF) sourdough for sale will also be available.
Leave class with 30 grams of active GF sourdough starter, and GF dough that you will construct during this class that you can freeze or bake the next day by you!!
Cost per person is $55; class size limited to 15 people.
